Tray Notes This handy program runs from the tray area of the Windows 95/98 taskbar. A tooltip from the customizable Tray Notes icon displays messages on specified dates, and you can set numerous alarms for any date and time. Tray Notes also gives you the ability store your own notes and reminders for handy access whenever you need them. Downloading instructions Version 2.0 for Windows 95/98 Download traynotes20.zip (708K, zip) Download traynotes20r.zip (1.93MB, zip) View a screenshot (5K, gif) To install the software, unzip the contents of the file into a directory on your computer, and run the program "setup.exe" to start the installation procedure. You can also download our special holidays add-on for Tray Notes, which gives you a complete list of the major holidays for 1998 through 2001. All you have to do is download the file and unzip the contents into your Tray Notes directory. Your Events data file will be overridden. Download holidays.zip (2K, zip) Please note that the Visual Basic 5.0 32-bit runtime file libraries are necessary to run Tray Notes. If you do not have the runtime files already installed, you need to download the version with the runtime files. Check the Runtime Files page for more information. |
